Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Although the rooms had enough space, they were poorly maintained and did not provide basic necessities like towels or toilet paper. The service was lacking, with unresponsive staff and management that didn't address our concerns respectfully. Overall, it was not worth the price we paid considering the numerous issues we faced.
